  • 6 x 1-on-1 sessions (via Zoom) over 3 months with a Doctor of Physical Therapy & pelvic floor specialist

  • Fully customized recovery program tailored to your needs including exercise guidance, scar care, bladder + bowel care & return to healthy sexual function

  • Access to the training app where you’ll track your workouts + overall progress between calls

  • Unlimited access to reach me via the app with questions + guidance on your goals

  • Unlimited form checks via video submission to the app

  • Step-by-step guidance to getting back into the activities you love, no matter what other health issues you have

WHEN CAN I START?

ANY TIME! Please contact me with details about your surgery and we can figure out an estimated start date.

If you had surgery a while ago and you’re still struggling, this program is perfect for you and you can start any time.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The 3 month program is $1500 or 3 payments of $525. Depending on your coverage, you may be able to use FSA/HSA but I do not work with insurance companies.

What if I’m not cleared for exercise?

Being “cleared” for exercise means general exercise without professional guidance. I have helped hundreds of women heal after their surgeries and am able to guide you through movements you need to enhance your healing. When you’re cleared for exercise, you’ll truly be ready!

What kind of exercises will I do?

The program is fully customized to your environment, equipment, preferences and schedule. We assess your movement quality, strength, range of motion & muscle engagement on an ongoing basis to ensure you’re doing things safely.

What if I have [insert health issue here]?

Part of the reason many women struggle after their surgery is because their unique characteristics are not considered. A “6 week clearance” for everyone is silly, as we all have different things going on.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I have worked with people with neurological disorders, spinal cord injuries, hypermobility disorders, various forms of inflammatory arthritis, chronic pain and every orthopedic disorder you can imagine.
