Too many women end up suffering with pain, prolapse and peeing themselves after surgery. There is nowhere to turn until their problems get bad enough for pelvic floor physical therapy which is expensive, time consuming and invasive.

CORE WELLNESS PROGRAM

PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY CLOSED

A COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS PROGRAM FOR WOMEN WHO’VE HAD GYNECOLOGICAL SURGERY

(HYSTERECTOMY, MYOMECTOMY, ENDOMETRIOSIS EXCISION)

THIS PROGRAM WILL HELP YOU FEEL:

  • safe during your workouts

  • strong AF without fear of prolapse

  • confident your underwear will stay dry

  • excited that you are finally making real progress

  • more energetic and capable in your day-to-day life 

  • comfortable working out at home, judgment-free

WHAT TO EXPECT?

  • Access to the training app where you’ll track your workouts + progress

  • Unlimited form checks via video submission to the app

  • 4x/week strength building workouts (30-45 minutes) with instructions + video examples

  • Optional mobility workouts for the hips, pelvic floor + core

  • Guidelines on aerobic exercise for metabolic health + disease prevention

  • Monthly Zoom call to talk all things fitness, lifestyle, nutrition + motivation (time TBD, will be recorded)

  • Community support from a group of women going through the same things you are!

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • Loop bands

  • A comfortable space to exercise

  • 1-3 light-moderate weights (kettlebells or dumbbells, think 5-20#)

  • Willingness to show up, communicate + have fun!

  • OPTIONAL: a foam roller & massage balls for (optional) mobility routines

WHEN DOES IT START?

The next round begins on Thursday, September 7th. You will have immediate access to the program in preparation for our official launch the following Monday. This will allow you to prepare for your journey over the weekend.

What will I learn in this program?

The program is designed to take the guesswork out of safe exercise. You’ll learn what kind of strength really matters, how to get sustainable fitness results and how to keep yourself from pelvic floor dysfunction.

What kind of exercises will I do?

The program is designed to strengthen your whole body, which is a necessity for keeping a healthy pelvic floor and avoiding other health risks of perimenopause/menopause like decreased lean body mass, loss of bone density and chronic pain (this process starts in our 30’s!). 

The program will always work on deep core and pelvic floor strength, mobility, balance and full body compound movements like hinging, squatting, pushing and pulling. My training philosophy takes a functional approach to help you feel better in your daily life. This means exercises that translate to a better gait (walking), an easier time with stairs, carrying things + getting on/off the floor.

Why can’t you just give me the exercises?

The magic of this program comes from 2 places:

  1. An emphasis on movement quality

  2. The community

When you just follow exercise plans on your own, it’s hard to know if you’re improving unless you judge by external factors like how much weight you’re lifting or what you look like. This stuff doesn’t matter for long term health.

This program is going to help you learn things like posterior chain + deep core engagement, how to improve the way you do daily movement patterns, how to open up your hips for a happier pelvic floor… and so much more!! 

I’ll be getting to know each of you, seeing you move & helping you get results like you can’t imagine. As long as you do the work.

Plus… we’ve all tried exercise programs then never stuck to them, right? Here, you’ll have a community of women going through similar things. Here to help you stay motivated and stay the course when life gets in the way.
