WHEN CAN I START?
For most surgeries, the ideal time to start is 1-2 weeks after surgery. Please contact me with details about your surgery and we can figure out an estimated start date.
If you had surgery a while ago and you’re still struggling, this program is perfect for you and you can start any time.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
20-Point Pelvic Prep Evaluation: meet virtually (via Zoom) for a thorough, 20-point evaluation specific to gynecological surgery to assess how you’re moving, your healing status and the unique factors impacting your body and readiness for activity.
Weekly Reassessments: track your progress to make sure you’re returning to activity at the right pace for you and working on weaknesses to help you prevent pelvic floor complications in the future. We address physical health including all domains of fitness, bowel, bladder and sexual function at appropriate intervals through your recovery.
Detailed Treatment Plan: Based on your assessment, we devise a treatment plan and exercise program that will help you heal safely, get stronger and feel healthier. You follow this plan in an app on your phone with videos, instructions and daily access to your coach for adjustments and support.
Progress Tracking + Support: You’ll have ongoing support through the app to track your progress, stay accountable to healthy habits and all the support necessary to reach your goals.

Being “cleared” for exercise means general exercise without professional guidance. I have helped hundreds of women heal after their surgeries and am able to guide you through movements you need to enhance your healing. When you’re cleared for exercise, you’ll truly be ready!

The program is built for your environment, equipment, preferences and schedule. We assess your movement quality, strength, range of motion & muscle engagement on an ongoing basis to ensure you’re doing things safely. This is a full body exercise program with an emphasis on pelvic health and prevention.
