Question For You…
Over the past week, have you spent more time thinking about what you DO want or what you DON’T want?
I find most people give their mental space to the latter.
I don’t want to deal with prolapse as I get older
I don’t want to have pain
I don’t want to gain weight
Imagine if our brains spoke like this instead…
I do want to live an active, vibrant life for as long as possible
I do want to love my body through movement and recovery for the rest of my life
I do want to nourish myself with healthy foods so I can have energy for life
How would your actions change?
How much less fear would you experience?
The cool thing is that we CAN train our brains just like we can with our bodies.
