Do You Ever Relax?

I work with a lot of high-achieving women.

They usually want surgery over with and to get back to normal quickly.

Many of them deal with symptoms similar to those listed below:

  • Urinary frequency

  • Joint pain

  • Tension headaches

  • Jaw pain

  • Bladder pain

  • Back pain

...often, they approach me with the belief that the solution lies in MORE. 

More stretching…

More mobility…

More strength.

But the solution is usually LESS achieving and more RESTING. Really resting.

Resting is NOT…

  • Scrolling on your phone

  • An “easy” jog or cardio session

  • A Netflix binge

  • A true crime podcast

  • Working on the couch

  • A 10-step skin care routine

Resting means feeling truly relaxed in your body.

Think about it. When was the last time you felt physically relaxed?
