Leave The Facebook Groups

This message is for those of you who are scouring the Facebook groups, losing sleep over reading other people’s horror stories, and feeling the fear that what you’re feeling is forever.

If that’s not you, this blog is NOT for you.

But if you have an unhealthy relationship with the surgery Facebook groups, please leave.

I’ve helped hundreds of women through their recoveries.

99.9% of these surgeries are successful.

People feel better after + are glad they did it, EVEN IF they encounter a slower recovery than they expected.
Facebook groups are like Yelp reviews. You’ll only see the worst + best stories.

Most people are somewhere in between.

The time you’re spending worrying could be better spent focusing on what you can control.
Can you go eat a vegetable and get your fiber up?

Can you go do a few stretches?

Do some abdominal massages?
What is *your* body asking for?

If you’re not sure, that’s part of what I help people figure out. My inbox is open if you’re feeling lost in your surgery journey.
