Cycle Tracking after Hysterectomy

Have you looked into cycle tracking after your hysterectomy? Or do you already track your cycle?

I’ve had a lot of clients who find value in it.

Here are some benefits of cycle tracking:

  • Explaining how you’re feeling at certain times of the month

  • Predicting upcoming shifts in mood and energy

  • Tracking symptoms for your physician

  • Noticing how your cycle impacts how you feel in your workouts

  • Reassurance that the shifts you’re feeling are real

  • Data to see how trends are changing over time

Having this data can be really reassuring and empowering for a lot of the women I work with.

For others, they simply can’t be bothered, and that’s OK too!

I’d love to hear from you. What do you think you’ll choose?
