Red Light Therapy for Your Vagina?
This week, I started using red light therapy for my vagina.
I had the chance to test a device that aims to improve the vulvar/vaginal tissue's health, including moisture and sensation.
You insert the device and leave it in for 6–10 minutes at a time. It’s not a Kegel trainer; you just lay back and relax.
This is my first time using this technology, but I have been using a small red light panel for two months on my abdomen and face, and I have had great results.
Now, I’m historically a skeptic.
I don’t share things that aren’t evidence-based.
I don’t sell solutions that I wouldn’t actually do myself.
So why am I trying something that seems so obscure?
There’s TONS of evidence for the effectiveness of red light therapy in general.
It hasn’t been well studied on the vagina, but I think the theory makes sense, and the studies are starting.
Soooo I’m trying it!
I’m excited to share how it goes and will be sharing my early experiences with all of YOU first!
Anyway, I’d love to hear from you!
Have you considered using any kind of red light?
Did you know there was a vaginal red light?
Do you struggle with sensation or moisture after surgery?
